Regarding the presets made in the studio: Liveplayrock does not have collaboration relationships with the brands represented (Kemper amp, Fractal Audio, Line6, Headrush etc).
All used company names, label names and registered trademarks are property of their owners and only used for identification and description of products and achievements. Our products simply seek to re-create the sounds (tones) of the band/artist, amplifiers, cabinets and speaker listed and any use of company names is strictly for comparison and descriptive purposes.
In compliance with the GDPR regulations once you proceed to download a product( for free as well) you agree Liveplayrock will store your email address in his database.
You will be contacted only for informative purposes and your email address won’t be shared with anyone.
All rights reserved. Any use, in whole or in part, of the contents included in digital product is prohibited, including the storage, reproduction, re-elaboration, diffusion or distribution of the contents themselves through any technological platform, support or telematic network, without prior written authorization from Liveplayrock.
Promo code policy:
The discount coupons are always valid exclusively for all Liveplayrock’s products outside the artists’ signature packs.
The signature products of Fabrizio Bicio Leo and Marco Sfogli are subject to discounts only and exclusively when there is an agreement with the artist himself.
Warning: promo codes are not retroactive.
If they (code) are not used during checkout by the end user, they can never be refunded (either totally or partially).
RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of Liveplayrock products being non-tangible digital goods, it is not possible to ‘return’ any of our products, therefore we do not offer any refunds after the purchase is completed. By downloading-purchasing the package, you accept these conditions.
Use of our service: We are not responsible in any possible measure how each user uses our type of service on their devices.
Invoice Policy
The shown prices have to be considered VAT included only and exclusively for Italian users.
If an invoice is required, the purchaser has to inform us mandatory prior placing the order. No actions have to be performed by the invoice requester prior our email.
